Acceptance of Terms

Services and Engagements

Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any Services will be outlined in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement agreed upon between RYZO Technologies and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement will prevail.

Additional templates, pages, features, or services beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.

Social media page creation and related services will be charged separately unless included in the agreed quotation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of RYZO Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final agreed-upon deliverables transfers to the client, except for any third-party tools, libraries, stock assets, or pre-existing frameworks used, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or materials required to complete a project. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed information from the client may affect agreed project timelines.

Clients are solely responsible for the files and data residing in their account. RYZO Technologies is not responsible for files or data in client's account.

Payments and Fees

Fees for Services will be communicated in advance through a proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or per agreed milestones. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work or support. Renewal charges will be applicable.

Email & Webmail

Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their emails. Where required, clients should configure their webmail accounts in email applications such as Outlook and maintain appropriate copies or backups of their emails on their own systems.

Password & Account Security

Clients are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their passwords and account information. Clients are solely responsible for all activities, actions, omissions, and charges incurred through their account, password, website, or content.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work; however, our website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly agreed in a signed service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RYZO Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our website or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
